About Against the Grain (2014)
One of the best movie l've ever seen, The characters were very well developed . it is very interesting and the time passed very quickly. Although I'm different actors of the age, race education , economics etc i identified with the characters, because the universal emotions so well portrayed , This film should be shown in every high scool to show students what is possible and encourage those who struggle to achieve their goals . Especially should show young blacks and any student about to give up and leave school . As a resident of Oakland , I can attest that the scenes presented are very realistic.
